We look for a combination of strong technical ability and obsessive interest in AI/ML. We have the financing and office space for up to 14 people.
We will hire methodically and slowly to increase the chances that everyone has a strong positive impact and is a good fit.

Research Engineer

Requirements:

• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning.
• Familiarity with large language models and transformer architectures.
• Experience with advanced AI concepts such as test-time computation, active inference, or system 2 reasoning.
• Familiarity—and ideally previous experience—with the ARC challenge.

Our offices are located in Zurich in Limmatquai. We will only consider candidates willing to relocate to Zurich within six months. For work visa reasons, it is much more convenient for us to hire people either in Switzerland or in the EU/EFTA.
