We look for a combination of strong technical ability and obsessive interest about AI/ML. We have the financing and office space for up to 10 people.
We will hire methodically and slowly to increase the chances that everyone has a strong positive impact and is a good fit.

Research Engineer

Requirements:

• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning
• Familiarity with large language models and transformer architectures
• Experience with advanced AI concepts such as test-time computation, active inference, or system2 reasoning
• Familiarity and ideally previous experience with the ARC challenge

Our offices are located in Zurich in Limmatquai. We will only consider candidates willing to relocate to Zurich within a timeframe of 6 months. For work visas reasons, it is much more convenient for us to hire people either in Switzerland or in the EU/EFTA.
