We look for a combination of strong technical ability and obsessive interest about AI/ML. We have the financing and office space for up to 7 people.
We will hire methodically and slowly to increase the chances that everyone has a strong positive impact and is a good fit.

Research Engineer

Requirements:

• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning
• Familiarity with large language models and transformer architectures
• Experience with advanced AI concepts such as test-time computation, active inference, or system2 reasoning
• Familiarity and ideally previous experience with the ARC challenge

Our offices are located in Zurich in Limmatquai. We will consider remote work for the first few years as work visas are difficult to obtain initially. The intention is to gather the team eventually in Zurich, so we require candidates to be willing to move to Zurich within a 2-4 year timeframe.
